Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing YIIS Florist. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure the highest standards of quality for all our customers.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final once the order has been collected from our premises or successfully delivered to the recipient. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you or the recipient simply do not like the arrangement or have changed your mind.
  • Improper Care: We are not responsible for the condition of the flowers once they have left our care. Guidance on flower care is available upon request.
  • Incorrect Information: No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the sender.

2. Collection & Inspection

For self-collection orders, customers are required to inspect the flowers at the point of collection. By taking the flowers from our shop, you acknowledge that they are in good condition and meet your expectations. No claims will be entertained after the flowers have left our shop.

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Goods)

We only consider replacements or refunds in the unlikely event that the flowers are significantly damaged or the wrong item was provided at the moment of delivery.

  • Report Window: Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/collection.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue via WhatsApp.
  • Resolution: If a claim is valid, we will offer a replacement of the flowers. Refunds are granted only at the sole discretion of management and may be subject to a processing fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (minus any transaction fees) if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Once production has started or flowers have been specially ordered for your arrangement, cancellations will not be accepted.
